Amnon Zohar, Chairman

Amnon brings 30 years experience in technology and software and is the co-founder and visionary behind View22.  Prior, Amnon was a founding partner of the Performax Group, a global consultancy that specializes in implementing sales and marketing effectiveness programs at EDS, Hewlett-Packard, SAP, IBM and others. He has been a senior sales and marketing executive with global players such as IBM, Control Data and ISM Systems. His expertise is strategic technology solution selling to large enterprises with a particular focus on sales and marketing effectiveness. Amnon also served as the President and CEO of Homeproject.com, an innovator in online 3D applications.

Mark Zohar, President & CEO

Mark brings 15 years experience in technology, research and consulting, and private equity markets to View22. He is responsible for strategic sales, account development, partnerships and alliances, and investment financing. Prior to co-founding View22, Mark was a Partner at TD Capital Communications Partners, a $1 billion private equity firm based in New York City, where he led the firm’s investment and technology research group focusing on emerging technology and software. Previously, he was Research Director at Forrester Research, North America’s leading technology research and advisory firm, where he led the firm’s technology and communications research groups. Mark also held senior roles at McCarthy Tetrault, Canada’s largest law firm, AT&T Canada and Sprint Canada.

Alain Chesnais, CTO

Alain brings more than 20 years of experience in software development to View22. Prior to joining View22, Alain was most recently Vice President of Product Development at Tucows and has held senior executive positions at ATI, Scene7 and TrueSpectra. He also served as Director of Engineering at Alias|wavefront, on the team that received a Technical Academy Award for developing the Maya 3D software package. He was president of ACM SIGGRAPH and is the current Secretary/Treasurer of ACM.

Alon Zohar, Vice President, Finance and Administration

Alon brings over 15 years experience in the technology and financial services industries to his role at View22. He is responsible for business planning processes, operating and capital budgets, pricing strategies, key fixed assets and infrastructure. Prior to co-founding View22, Alon was a Senior Consultant at CGI, Canada’s largest IT services firm, where he helped lead the firms’ financial services technology group.  Previously, he founded OiAdvisor, an online wealth management and financial services technology company, where he developed a unique automated investment advisory service.  Alon also has expertise in the financial services and brokerage industries having worked with leading firms such as Midland Walwyn, Merrill Lynch and TD Canada.

David Graham, Managing Director, Asia/Pacific

David brings more than 15 years of experience in sales management and IT solution consulting in the Asia-Pacific region to View22. Prior to joining the Company, David was President of 20-20 Technologies(Asia), a subsidiary of the world’s leading developer of software for the kitchen and interior design industry. His strategic sales and dealer development experience includes increasingly senior positions at BMC West, DeWils Industries, and I-Mark.
